"An intern nurse, desperate to save her younger brother from a rare disease, is forced to seek help from a mafia don. She discovers he is the man she spent one night with a year ago. He proposes a deal: her body in exchange for life‑saving medicine. As they struggle through their arrangement, genuine feelings begin to grow. Just when their relationship deepens, the don’s former fiancée—who has been in a coma—wakes up. Using the drug supply and his family’s power, he threatens the nurse to leave him. Meanwhile, his second‑in‑command betrays him, plunging them into deadly danger. Finally, the don recognizes his true love. He gives up everything to stand by her side, and together they fight their enemies. Under a witness protection program, they start a new life and spend the rest of their days together. A story of a dangerous deal that turned into an unbreakable bond—where the heart always has the final say."
