"On the day of his release from prison, Evan Smith expects his wife Rachel and son Jack to greet him—only to be killed by George Smith in a deliberate hit-and-run. Dying, he learns the truth: his imprisonment was orchestrated by Rachel and George, who poisoned the medicine he delivered to Matthew Smith. Even the son he cherished was their love child. Filled with rage and regret, Evan dies—and awakens five years earlier, on the day before he is to deliver the poisoned drink. Now armed with foresight, he vows to expose their conspiracy and reveal their true faces to the world."
