When kind-hearted Bianca Smith gave him change, he offered to grant her a wish. She asked him to save her sister Bella, who was gravely ill. Despite mockery from top doctors, Charles effortlessly cured Bella. Grateful, her father offered wealth and marriage, but Charles refused, revealing he had a fiancée.
