Melina Gibson, a famous billionaire, lost everything, even her life, all due to misplaced trust. Only when faced with death did she realize Taylor Sutton, the man once engaged to her daughter Millie, should've been the right choice for a son-in-law. Melina was reborn and taken back to a decade ago, before Millie's engagement with Jaxson Perry, the man who killed her. Touched by Taylor's kindness in her previous life, Melina now swore to protect and help him at all cost, despite Millie's disdain towards him. Conflicts arose between Melina and Milllie as Millie insists on being with Jaxson, oblivious to his motives. After many trials, Melina finally helped her daughter realize what a great man Taylor is. Together, they brought Jaxson to justice and started a new life.
