Alessia Rosetti was born into Chicago’s most powerful crime family, but she was never treated as a daughter. She was only her sister Valentina’s spare organ bank. Four years ago, she saved Lorenzo Calabresi in a safe house when he was badly hurt and completely blind. She spent three months nursing him and keeping him warm. Lorenzo promised he would find her once he could see again. But Valentina stole her identity and her credit, and took all of Lorenzo’s love. In her past life, Alessia’s parents took her organs, and she died on the very day of Lorenzo and Valentina’s wedding. When she opened her eyes again, she was back one month before the tragedy. This time, she stopped begging for family love or romance. She decided to take control of her own fate and run far away from Chicago.
