Winnie then uses Claire's identity to get close to Sean. Claire endures nine months of torment and gives birth to twins, but a kind doctor only hands a baby girl over to Winnie. Winnie takes the girl away and pretends she intends to kill her. However, she's actually faking a pregnancy and plans to present the baby girl to Sean, claiming it's their daughter.
