"The Silicon Valley Ex-Wife's Billion-Dollar Revenge" Xing Wan poured everything into her husband—cleared his Ivy League debt, built his startup from scratch, and took it all the way to a Silicon Valley IPO. She thought they had made it. Then he cheated with an old-money heiress, drained their marital assets through offshore trusts, and pinned a ten-million-dollar IRS penalty and a rock-bottom credit score squarely on her. She was thrown out of her Palo Alto mansion and became the laughingstock of California's elite. At rock bottom, a man she had saved years ago—a Wall Street godfather—passed away. His cold, untouchable heir, Lu Tingye, arrived with an elite legal team and a staggering offer. He shattered the debt trap her ex had set, then placed a hundred-billion-dollar fund's controlling stake and a marriage contract directly in her hands. She returned to the world that had cast her out—this time as the queen of Wall Street. Her ex's company was bleeding cash and on the brink of bankruptcy. He and his mistress scrambled to beg for funding, desperate to win over the mysterious "new head of the billion-dollar fund." To prove their loyalty, they purged everyone who had ever been loyal to Xing Wan. At the NASDAQ annual fundraising gala, her ex knelt low, ready to offer up his company's last assets for a lifeline. When the stage lights hit the fund's new owner—and he saw Xing Wan's face—his legs gave out. She didn't even glance at his business plan. In front of Silicon Valley's elite, she launched a billion-dollar short-sell takeover bid. His stock cratered in real time. And the FBI closed in. ——You threw me in the mud thinking I'd never rise. You never imagined I'd buy your empire with the money you crawled to beg for.
