Princess Isolde is about to marry Darian, but on their wedding night, he betrays her—kills her father, the king, and throws her off a cliff. She survives because a cursed dragon king, Theron, catches her. He's trapped in a castle and turns into a monster every sunset. They strike a deal: she finds the magic gem that breaks his curse, and he helps her win back her throne. Along the way, they go from enemies to real partners. She stays with him through his worst nights, he flies her over forests and oceans. But Darian finds out she's alive and sends an army after them. They fight together, she exposes the whole murder plot in front of the people, grabs the gem, and breaks the curse. The bad guys get what they deserve—Darian arrested, Malachar burned by dragon fire. In the end, Isolde doesn't walk down the aisle in a wedding dress. She walks in wearing armor and gets crowned queen. Theron signs a peace treaty with her, and they stand side by side under the stars. No romance, just respect—and a kingdom saved.
