On the brink of death, she was rescued by her long‑searching grandfather Henri, who revealed that she was the sole heir to the Villard fashion empire. Accompanied by her childhood friend Lorenzo, Emma reinvented herself over seven months. She made a stunning comeback under the identity of Adele Villard and carefully plotted her revenge against those who betrayed her.
