Five years ago on a blood moon night, hotel maid Ruth accidentally met Vampire King Arthur. Bound by soulmate fate, they spent one night together before Ruth fled at dawn. Years later, Ruth struggles as a single mother. Her half-vampire son Leo suffers from rare photophobia that costs a fortune to cure. She takes a high-paying job at Arthur’s castle, where he immediately recognizes his long-lost mate. Enraged by her sudden departure years before, Arthur cruelly torments her, yet Ruth endures everything to save her son. When her greedy aunt sells Leo to the ruthless Exorcism Courtyard, Arthur senses his bloodline in peril. He arrives just as Ruth shields Leo with her body, then destroys all defenses and roars to defend his child. Finally reunited with his family, Arthur fiercely protects Ruth and Leo from malicious nobles, devotes himself entirely to them, and eliminates all threats. The story culminates in a grand wedding and their happy ending.
